Coaching Services

Dr. I’Anson’s coaching services are grounded in her collaborative work with preschool-level leadership staff. Consulting hours are devoted to implementing systems, software, and plans established by church or community organization leaders. Coaching services are intentionally designed to help ECE leaders who are constantly pulled in many directions, always strapped for time, and therefore lacking the required attention, energy, and resources to take the steps required in order to work on establishing, re-opening, or growing their ECE program. Coach I’Anson doesn’t need a conference room or uninterrupted time with your Preschool Director.  She works with the Director in the Director’s office when the Director needs her and is flexible enough to provide coaching when the Director does have time during the day to devote to building the ECE program.

Preschool leaders will not be left alone to accomplish their given goals. Dr. I’Anson is there to sit beside them and show them how and what they need to do the work. She consistently provides preschool leaders with empathy, constant support, encouragement, examples, suggestions, kindness, and humor. Sally has worked in hundreds of schools and with thousands of school leaders and brings her experiences in public, private, parochial, and charter settings with her to every relationship. Dr. I’Anson does not judge or criticize people for what they have not done; she works with them to build their dreams from where they are.

The coaching services indicated below represent the typical needs of early childhood education program leaders.  However, they are not inclusive of all available coaching services. Dr. I’Anson tailors your coaching to meet your specific and unique needs.
